After the celebrations, or simply because the moment deserves it, Che Bella Vita can be moored close to your venue so you step aboard and slip away together. The master suite is yours: a European king bed with a private shower and head, reached only through the bedroom. On a whole-boat stay we leave the boat overnight, so you have both bedrooms. From there, a VIP experience with a glass of Champagne on arrival served by the crew, quality home-made meals and the quiet of the canal. High-speed satellite internet for all your devices keeps you connected 24/7, whenever you want to be.

The drawing shows the bow end of the boat: the bedroom with its European king bed at the point of the vessel, and the shower room and head behind it, reached only through the bedroom. No one else passes through and no one else uses it. It is the quietest corner she has.

Some couples want the crew close by; others want to be entirely alone. For honeymoons and anyone chartering the whole boat while we are moored up, we are happy to leave you alone aboard overnight, with both bedrooms to yourselves, the boat moored safely and a phone line to us for anything you need. You can step ashore for a meal or stay in with the food we have prepared, and the day is shaped around the two of you.
Tell us the occasion when we plan the trip: a quiet mooring for the first morning, a table booked at a restaurant ashore, your Champagne welcome served by the crew, or simply the two of you and the water.

Kate and Mike are husband and wife, and they host every trip aboard Che Bella Vita themselves. Between them they bring years on the water, a warm galley and an eye for the details that make an occasion feel effortless. Like everything aboard Che Bella Vita, a romantic trip is arranged in conversation rather than through a booking calendar. Tell us your dates, your venue if there is one, and what you would like, and we will make the plan together.
